i've had one of the indian ones a bunch of times - masala paneer or something, it's curried chickpeas, rice, peas, and indian cheese, really good.

well today i finally tried the vegetable lasagna - MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

omg SO GOOD!!

i've heard they are expensive but don't know - i always just grab them from my vegetarian friend's house when i spend the night.

I just recently had 2 of these; SO good!  I had the veggie lasagna and the cheese enchilada meal.

I hate that they're expensive though, or I'd stock up!

I used to be a huge Amy's fan (seriously, I went through a phase where I ate it at least one meal, if not more, a day), til I discovered the whole sodium thing.  Now I stay away except as a treat.  I definately agree they are delicious.  Everything is good.  I was never disappointed.

I am a huge fan of Amy's meals! I just wish they would go on sale more often.

I just bought the enchilada pie/casserole one yesterday. I have had it before and it is awesome. I also recommend the veggie loaf meal!

If you think about it, those meals cost about as much as eating lunch out at Subway, etc. So sad!

If you girls go to Costco, they have 6 packs of the Amy's vegetable lasagna and also the enchilada combo pack (3 cheese/3 black bean and corn) for around $13...makes it all worthwhile when it costs the same as a Lean Cuisine at the supermarket.

I adore the veggie lasagna and I'm anxiously awaiting to try both the enchilada meals.

*BUMP*
I didn't realize that Amy's had anything other than soup! So glad to hear. Are they frozen? Where are they in the store?

I love Amy's Organics. when I worked nights for about five years, I would have those for dinners at least 3x a week. The sodium content is a smidge high, but it is nice to be able to eat a healthy vegetarian frozen meal. I check the site regularly and love when the company introduces new items.

I love these too! I bring them to work for lunch. The tofu lasagna is awesome and I also like the tofu, rice and vegetables. I'm not a vegetarian but these are the best frozen meals I've ever had.

I have some kind of Amy's bean nacho things in my freezer & didn't realize it. I can't wait to eat them.

I used to eat Amy's frozen burritos for lunch all the time in law school.  They're cheaper than the frozen meals, too... usually $2 - $2.50 a piece

ETA: OOPS!  Just realized this thread is ancient.  I really don't know how I found it or what I was thinking.... sorry!

haha.  Its cool eurodaisy.  I had one not too long ago and was actually upset because the package didn't fully disclose that it contained tofu in it.  I don't usually mind the stuff but it just had too much of it and I really just wanted black beans, corn, and tomatoes like shown on the package.
