JS shoes - comfort?
Permalink Closed

I read in TS that Lilykind thought the JS shoes were really uncomfortable. I haven't worn mine yet.. but I can also see this as being the case.

Has anyone else worn the shoes out? And what do you think? Bearable to wear all day?

If they are getting bad reviews... Maybe I should ebay them for the sake of my toes?

I have to agree that they could be very uncomfortable.  I have very narrow feet and I order up a half size and they were still too tight.  Maybe I should have ordered a whole size up?  Anyway, I just didn't like the shoes all together...not as nice as I expected.  So, I sold mine on ebay (2 pair) for $150 each!

I should note that I have one wide foot and one double wide foot.

The only problem with the shoes was that they were restricting any movement of my pinky toe. I think for girls with narrow to medium width feet, they would be fine comfort-wise.

Also, the padding is really good for a pair of $80 shoes which is why I was initially impressed when I tried them on in Nordies.

i would call my feet average width.  i sized up one half size.  i have worn them out all day about 3 times...

someone asked me today where i got them and if they were comfortable.  i replied that they weren't my MOST uncomfortable pair.  for some reason they bother me a lot when i am driving.  def. not driving shoes...

I agree with most people. They are very uncomfortable, I bought the 5 and it killed my feet, and the 5 1/2 was too long, my feet kept slipping out, and they were still too tight in the front. Very odd, since I have a narrow foot? That is why I e-bayed mine.

But on a very good note, I got my hands on the similar pair but in the sling back peep toe model-called Amy and they are SUPER comfortable. They are quite similar, and too cute to pass up.
