I'm so jealous! SERIOUSLY - what kind of crawfish stuff did you have? Did you eat boiled ones? Were they expensive? I'm going to Hammond this weekend & i really really really want some. They are $6 / lb here (YES, THAT'S NOT A TYPO) and they aren't even cooked right

crawfish omlette and crawfish enchiladas.  So yummy. I went to the blue dog cafe in lafayette and they do a great sunday brunch if you are ever in the area.

I have 5 pounds of frozen tails in my freezer.  My mom is not allowed to come visit without bringing me at least 3 pounds.  I hate how its $10/lb for the chinese frozen stuff in houston and only $5 back home.  So unfair.

Cool - thanks for the heads up - the frozen are about $5 or $6 here, I was talking about boiled, which is RIDICULOUS. Plus no one here can actually boil them worth a crap. Maybe i'll hit the jackpot this weekend - can't wait!
