I've noticed a few people posting items from this website. I am guessing from the price range that it is comparable to delia's? How about their customer service? I'd like to hear any thought on them before trying them out.

i shop at alloy a lot and i love them.  i have never had a problem with returns or exchanges and i have found their size chart quite accurate.  theyr have a huge selection of sale items as well.  i love their once a year clearance because if you order fast enough you can get cute jeans and basics for dirt cheap.

I haven't shopped w/them in years, because in the past I had multiple problems.  One time I placed an order online, got a conf. # and everything and they told me they had no record of my order!  They never sent me anything either.  Another time, I returned something and they told me they never got it, even though I tracked and insured it.  It turned into a huge fiasco.  Ever since, I've been too turned off to order again. 


But, maybe they've changed over the years - that was my experience though.

They're OK.  I've only purchased from them once before.  What turned me off is that they didn't list the heel height of shoes on the website, and I called CS to find out how tall the heels of the shoes I wanted were and they told me there was no way of them finding out.  They said I would just have to order them and measure them myself.  I ended up cancelling 1 of 2 orders since I wasnt 100% on the 2nd pair due to the heel. Otherwise the shipping time was good and the shoes I did end up getting were really cute.


FWIW, I noticed that in the most recent catalog, they listed all the heel heights, so maybe they've changed.

They use to send books every blue moon, and I thought they had some 'cute' things, but I never ordered from them.
