So Happy 1st 'official' day of Spring (at least in some parts of the world). I'm excited for the warmer (NOT SUMMER!) weather! The news said it would be Spring here in Austin at 12:55p.

Well it's still winter over here for another hour and a half...I'm sad to see it go! I hate hot weather.

I hate hot weather too. I didn't think there was another person in the world that felt the way I do.


I hate being hot. I hate sweating-unless I am working out. I have been going to the park and running for the last three weeks. It has been so nice because it is in high 40s. I am not looking forward to sweating while I sit.

I'm like you, I HATE! HATE! HATE! Texas Summers, esp. when it gets up in the 100s, just too damn HOT for me; Spring I can deal with, in the 70s/80s. Even the 90s are a little warm to me! LOL

Only 2 or so overnight, with another 1-2 expected throughout the day.  We were pretty disappointed this morning though, because they were predicting that this was going to be our Big Spring Blizzard.  We were expecting 6-12 inches for the metro area all the way up until yesterday evening.  It's the wind that makes it bad though - everything is coated in a sheet of ice (street signs, trees, windshields).  Spring can kiss my a$$!

I'm SO ready for temps to start staying in the upper 50's and higher....Unfortunately, Mother Nature isn't cooperating right now and this is headed my way (I'm where the red dot is):



March is probably the most volatile month here in Iowa/the Midwest for weather.  Too much change going on...

more f'ed up weather:


It's 58 today, which is about 15 degrees colder than it was ALL WINTER. I finally reconciled myself with 70-80 degrees (which is nice, but not for my winter wardrobe!) and then it gets cold again.
