You know how at some places they'll give you like a 15% off discount on your first purchase if you open up a card with them?  Does Neimans or Bergdorf Goodmans do this?  I really really really really want this dress.  I'm seriously dying for it but I am broke ass poor.  I'm thinking of depleting my savings for this:

I know Neiman does offer a discount when you open up a cc with them.  I did it last year to buy a couple pairs of Citizens jeans.  I think it was only 10% off, but it still helped.

When I opened mine two years ago, they just gave me the gift, which was stationary. Although, I do know that Saks offers 10% off. I would call a Neiman's and ask, I'm sure they know!

I love that dress!  Usually you can find out on the apply for credit card page, but both sites have this page temporarily down.
