Best Brie recipe EVER

ok so, no exact measurements on this one, but you don't need it!

basically you take the phyllo dough, spread it out, and place the small brie in the center.

on top, pile fresh chopped mushrooms, very finely chopped shallots, and crushed garlic (to taste)

wrap it all up and bake (according to christine's directions)

you will LOVE

(you can eat it on water crackers or be a pig like me and just dig in)

This sounds like a good variation to Christine's recipe (which was very good).  Thanks!

so did we figure out if you take the casing off? leave it on then wrap in phyllo dough?

Sounds great.

you definitely leave it on!  and it is completely fine to eat as well.

Thanks for clearing that up, Christine!  I'm definitely going to make it again.

i don't love the casing, so i usually slice the top layer of it off and leave the rest on to hold it together on the bottom.
