I saw this bag at Gap a couple of weeks ago and really liked it IRL - the leather is super soft, and it's a good size.  I left it because I wasn't willing to pay $78 for a gap bag.


But ...


It's now on sale for $50.  Thoughts?  Experience with the general durability and quality of Gap leather?

i think it's cute, and gap accessories are pretty good quality, in my opinion.  it's a nice basic bag.  i just got a postcard in the mail yesterday--do you have a gap card? there's 20% off now if you spend over $75.

I like it too. I thought it was very pretty IRL.


I have good exprinece w/ Gap bags. I tend to beat my bags up and they always last. I have bought bags from URBN and Banana Republic and they always seems to fall apart. My gap bags outlast them. I stop using them because I am tired of them, but they always look good.

I saw that bag at the store and I really liked it. I have one leather bag from tehm and it has held up pretty well....

I saw that this weekend in a pretty plum color and I thought it was a great looking bag, especially for the Gap.  Go for it.
