Help!  This is my first post and I need ideas for shoes for these pants.  I prefer a casual shoe, but yet w/ a heel.  Maybe wedges?  I need a heel because the pants are long and I need the height.  The pants are  an olive green canvas material.  Also any ideas for shirts besides your basic obvious colors?  I hope the pictures shows up this is the first time I've done this!  Thanks!

i actually think just about any color would work because the pants are a nice neutral color. pink would look great, as well as purple, or yellows. what colors have you tried with it? anything you are shying away from that we could help you with in particular?
