Hey, thanks, for asking. She still isn't home. He's not the kind of person to talk about stuff, so none of his friends even knew what was going on until way after it happened. But I guess, he was just stressed and upset on Wednesday (after he got home from the pointless Ohio trip), b/c he called me at midnight and wanted to talk, so I got the full story then.
Apparently, they think that she took off with a truck driver, some guy she's seeing or something. They've traced some cell phone calls from Western PA, Ohio and Indiana. But b/c she's over 21, there isn't too much they can do (her developmental disabilities aren't so extreme that she can't make any decisions, but she just doesn't always make the best ones). It's kind of a mess.
So, no, no word on her or from her in the past few days.
Okay, they finally found her. She's in Scranton, PA with the truck driver. Apparently, she took off with him and was afraid to call home b/c she didn't want to get yelled out. So now, at least, they know where she is and that she's okay.
