Well lovely lady, I would love nothing more than to throw aside these big heavy books (oh wait, i don't read them) and grab some sunscreen and a my beachbag and hit the road to that little slice of heaven we know and love.  HOWEVER, my situation has become so sad.  I'm a 27 year-old married woman whose mother has swooped in and taken control of my life!  She's got be on a budget: a shopping diet, if you will.  Aw hell, let's just say it...I am not a complete spending freeze!  There will be no trips for me until AFTER that horrid experience called the bar exam!


P.S. Don't tell me mom about the Nicole Miller sunglasses I bought yesterday!


Therefore, August 2006: watch out world, I'll be back!

ok, ok, ok, realizing that I've been slightly selfish and maybe a tad unrealistic (two trips to Florida in three weeks? I gotta start living the law student lifestyle...grrr.)


asking Big John and Teense (don't you think those are perfect grandparent names?) for a house rental for me and my compadres for an "After the Bar" the celebration.


BUT...Still holding out for a job offer.......
