What's the deal with your apartment? 


I was thinking about it b/c our roommate just decided not to re-sign the lease with us (decided this an hour before it was due) Ugh, and my brother is freaking out.

Hey sweetie - thanks for asking. I talked them into waiving half hte money we would have had to pay up front and we get a nicer, more quiet and convenient apartment for $70 a month more - which isn't bad. My apartment right now is so loud at night that it will be worth the extra money...

Sorry that happened with your brother. I hope that works out. Renting sucks y'all!

actually sounds like it worked out, dizzy!  good for you :)


things sortof worked out, but this next lease term is going to be it for me and my brother.  hopefully i'll be able to find a good job so that i can get a great apt and just sign a two year lease on it or something - i am SO sick of moving!
