Figure Skating?

I had to be up super early this morning, so I missed almost everyone I wanted to see. I got to see Emily Hughes and then I went to bed. Is there anywhere online I can watch the performances? I don't have tivo and I didn't record it.

i watched it. in fact, i'm such a sucker for figure skating that i watched it twice. first i watched it live on the canadian station and then again last night on nbc.

i just adore sacha. she is so graceful — like a ballerina on ice — and i can't get enough of her. i was stunned when she missed her first jump... and then her second. i didn't think she'd medal at all. arakawa was beautiful as well. i don't really follow the sport, but it seemed like she came out of nowhere to win. all we hear about is sasha and irina over and over and then a suprise winner! that's what makes it so fun to watch... anything can happen.

awful. I was so sad for both Sasha Cohen and Irina Slutskaya. It's so weird to have two medal winners who happened to fall in their final performance, I am sure it's not the way they would have liked to have the memory, not to say they aren't grateful and proud to get a medal at all.

I was also sad that both Emily Hughes and Kimmie Meissner(sp?) fell. Lots of falls all around!

I was so disappoited for Irina. I really wanted her to win. I don't really care for Sascha Cohen (she seems like a stuck up bitch) so I was pissed she beat Irina. I think -rakawa was ranked like 9th in the world before last night or something. So I guess that's pretty exciting although I still wish Irina had gotten it.

My heart broke for Sasha Cohen when she fell both times. What a bummer. I know how hard she worked to get back to the Olympics. Oh well. I didn't think she'd medal at all, but was thrilled she got silver.

Did you guys see the girl that just kept falling over and over??? I think she performed just before Emily Hughes. I felt so bad for that poor girl--every opportunity there was to fall, she fell. It was so painful to watch. I think she may have been from China, but I can't remember for sure.

I am watching now - i tivoed it because my DH was ho hum about it. The announcers are just so BRUTAL! I mean DAMN!

I just watched in on the computer and I totally agree. Arakaya's performance was BEAUTIFUL and the lady goes "That was great, but it's beatable."

I can't believe Sasha and Irina fell! That sucks! But Sasha really did a nice job recovering from it. I would have had a hard time keeping my sh*t together after that, but she did a great job.

I really wanted Irina to win. When she fell, I knew she blew it. I haven't seen much footage of Sasha so I don't know if she is stuck up or not, she seemed okay when I saw her on Project Runway.
