I gained 0.8 at WW this week so I have to start being accountable again.

B: egg beaters with egg, 3 slices micro bacon - 5 pts
S: sweet freedom fudge bar (1/2 pt) - yes it's 40 degrees here
L: ham sandwich & pickles - 4 pts

B: 2 egg whites, wheat toast, yogurt with fiber, green tea

S: mini pkg of skittles :( *i've noticed the little candies i munch on daily our my downfall

L: 2 wraps with lowcarb/low fat tortillas, hummus, lettuce, tomato and cilantro

S: apple and big glass of water

D: a friend is making Italian...so I'll be as good as I can....

B: 2 slices light, wheat bread (1 point); 2 tablespoons whipped pb (3 points)


L: 2 white bean/tomato bruschetta - leftovers (6 points)


S: 2 mini bagels (2 points); 1 tablespoon cream cheese (1 point); 1 apple (1 point)


D: sausage and peppers with pasta (6 points); 1 extra cup w/w pasta (3 points); 1 piece toasted bread (3 points)


E: unfortunately none. i suck.

my name is Bex and today I am a grazer.  usually, i don't eat any lunch... this was today (so far)


b: raisins, english muffin, eggs, water


s: grande caramel macchiato non fat


l: lots a fruit- strawberries, blueberries, honeydew, cantaloupe, grapes and water


s: organic chai yogurt


d: future bro-in-law's birthday dinner tonight.  not good.  i ended up having a hardboiled egg, a spoon full of noodles and a chicken leg that i cut all skin off of.  water to drink.  now i am starved b/c they didn't have any diet friendly food.  grrrr.


i. need. to. stop. eating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  gah!

alright.. i keep a journal on my own, but maybe putting this out into the universe will prevent any more snacking..


b:1.5 cups honey nut cheerios w/ 3/4 cup skim milk


l: grapefruit, leftover (abt. 1 cup) w/w angel hair with broccoli, tomato vodka sauce, dt. coke w/ splenda


s: clementine and string cheese


d: w/w pita filled with (cut up) Morning Star parmesan ranch patty, romaine lettuce, 1/2 a tomato, 1/8 cup 2% cheese, and f/f ranch


s: alright, i suck, i posted this and was going to stick to it and then went and had a square of chocolate with almonds.. oops!


s: fruit smoothie- 1 cup skim, 1/2 cup f/f vanilla yogurt, 1 banana, frozen strawberries


e: kathy smith "lift weights to lose weight"upper and lower body and abs- I have really only been doing cardio lately and it's sad how hard this was! im weak!!!!

L:  Turkey and cheese sandwich, yogurt, 1/2 or a Pepsi


D:  Quesadilla


E:  Just did lunges up and down the hall, situps, pushups, and reverse crunches w/ my exercize ball.
