I did great this weekend (except for the bottle of champaigne I drak, but oh well.)

D: chicken and couscous with capers (9)

Well, I didn't make my -1 pound goal this week, but I'm down .5 pounds, so things are heading in the right direction.  Woohooo!


B:  Apple cinnamon cheerios, oj


S:  Black tea, dried apricots, a few almonds


L:  Leftover chinese food


S:  Yogurt


D:  ?


E:  Situps this morning, maybe a walk this evening since it's pretty decent outside.

I haven't been posting because I've been AWFUL and I feel guilty. so it's do or die - i promised myself I'd post no matter what...

B: toast & bacon - 3 pts
L: Bean chili - 1.5 pts (i'll post this in food section - it's really good & 2 cups for 3 pts)
D: not sure - chicken cordon bleu or reconstructed version of tater tot casserole

This has been my first weekend on WW so I think I'm doing well. I basically saved all my Flex Points for the weekend and I still have some left over, so that's good.


B: 2 slices light, wheat bread (1 point); 2 tablespoons whipped pb (3 points)


L: LC panini (super good!) (6 points)


S: 2 mini bagels (2 points); 1 tablespoon reg. cream cheese (1 point); 1 apple (1 point)


D: Left over white bean/bread concoction from dc's recipe; strawberry pie; maybe a bit of veggie burger & tomato if still hungry


E: 1 hour of bodypump tonight
