ok.  im having a pity party.  anyone care to join me?


my loan paperwork for my new house was delivered by ups a week ago and i never received it.  i can only assume they left it outside my apartment and some asshat stole it and now they have my name, ssn, and everything ***update-it went to the management office of my complex across the street, but no one left a note or called to tell me.  phew. 


sunday im going to my friend's baby's baptism where my exhusband will be with his new girlfriend


i've been seeing a guy for three months and i have no idea where our relationship is and im too chicken to ask


*im so upset i decided to break my shopping diet to cheer myself up and i can't even find anything i want.

im glad your loan paperwork wasn't stolen!


let us know if you need any help with a baptism outfit. it might be difficult to find a appropriate-for-a-baptisim-but-still-hot-enough-to-wow-ex-husbands-new-girlfriend.


i don't know how to help you with the relationship thing...im a bit of a yellow bellied chicken myself.


yeah...it sucks to want to buy something but you can't cause nothing looks good! been there, done that. in the long run, it's probably a good thing that you didn't just give right into the first thing you saw.

I'm so sorry about the baptism, Mandy. That's gotta be tough. I'm sure you'll get through it with dignity and class. (And a few drinks afterwards, perhaps?)


As for the loan paperwork - sucks but hey, look on the bright side. You're moving into a brand, new house that's all yours! That's gotta be cool, right?


Shopping - if you have to, go to Target or Urban or some other not too expensive place and get something totally fun. You'll feel better and you won't have blown your entire budget.
