Where do you ladies buy your shirts for under a suit?

I don't want a button down (too busty, always gaps). So, I was looking for a tank.shell/sleeveless shirt (pick your fav term). I founf 2 that would be perfect. One was $145 for a sleeveless top made of some synthetic fabric, and the other was only in stock in XS or S (see above busty problem).

So, I need a shirt to wear under a black pants suit with chalk pinstripes. I'd prefer a v-neck, but not too low (it's for a job interview). I've already bought a new leather tote and the suit, so while cost isn't a huge factor, it is under consideration. And, I need to buy it at a brick and mortar kinda place. I have looked at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Loehmanns, Von Maur, Parisian, Limited, Gap, Express. I haven't hit the big mall, and was hoping for some direction before I waste my Saturday.
