this is so disturbing.  i can't belive they won't file charges when they have pictures to prove that she was breaking the law and endangering her child.  even if she felt she was in danger and fled the coffee shop, the body guard is sitting there gabbing on the phone, he could have been putting the baby in his seat while she was driving away.  and if she were sitting in her car with the windows rolled up, i highly doubt the paparazzi is going to bust her windows or try to open her car door when they could get the same shot from outside the car.  this is total BS and it pisses me off.   rant over.
