If you dont mind me asking what company, if you dont want to say I understand. I was just thinking that your approach may depend on the company. Do you have any experience in the field? Of course most companies like for you to be personable, while still having great sales ability. Also having lots of connections in the industry, and a client list to draw from really helps to stress. As far as the company, what type of goals and customers are they striving for, then you can focus your strengths on what they are looking for. Some compainies want sheer numbers while others really focus on the customer service and referals. I could probably go on forever but I will stop for now.
