British Glamour's top 20 best-dressed picks (with my commentary):

1 Kate Moss -- classy & snazzy
2 Sienna Miller -- copycat of kate moss.
3 Victoria Beckham -- um, scary. she's too thin but has great taste in shoes -- and men
4 Nicole Richie -- since when is anorexia stylish?
5 Halle Berry -- classy
6 Charlize Theron -- good stylist, but that's it.
7 Jennifer Aniston -- blah
8 Mischa Barton -- stylist does it all
9 Catherine Zeta-Jones -- yuck
10 Nicole Kidman -- too prissy
11 Gwen Stefani -- completely unoriginal
12 Angelina Jolie -- should be higher on the list
13 Rachel Bilson -- who?
14 Sarah Jessica Parker -- would love her manolo collection
15 Beyonce Knowles -- thank god her mother stopped dressing her
16 Jennifer Lopez -- Most days
17 Gwyneth Paltrow -- nice
18 Kirsten Dunst -- nothing special
19 Rachel Stevens -- seriously, who?
20 Cate Blanchett -- she was robbed

I have to disagree w/you on a few of these:

  • Rachel Bilson - love her and her style - she's adorable!

  • Gwen Stefani - I love way she dresses and think she's totally original - I love her clothing line..some of it is a little funky, but I think she's got great style.

  • Nicole Richie - I love the way she dresses, but think a lot of it is her stylist, and agree that's she's way too thin and needs help.

  • Angelina Jolie - I actually don't think her style is all that great.  At times, when she tries, she looks very classy, but most days she looks boring and plain to me.

  • Jennifer Aniston - I also think she has great style - she may look plain, but she looks pulled-together and classy to me.

  • Jennifer Lopez - most days I don't like the way she dresses at all

It does surprise me that Kate Moss was #1.

Yeah, I have to disagree on the commentary a bit too.

Hally Berry--I don't think she's classy at all.  I can't stand her actually.  I wish she'd stop flaunting her boobs for like 2 seconds.

I like Jennifer Aniston and Catherine Zeta-Jones.  I think they're both very classic and classy.  Not the most exciting dressers in the world, but they always look phenomenal.

I think Gwen Stefani is very original--there aren't too many people that dress like her.

Rachel Bilson is adorable and one thing I really like about her is that she seems to dress herself.

Also, I can't stand Jennifer Lopez.  I don't think her style is all that original and she looks terrible ever since she got a new makeup artist.

One thing I'm glad to see about the list is that no one from Desperate Housewives is on it!  Hoooraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

see, here is what I don't get. When someone dressed like crap everyone says "get a stylist" but when they do & dress well then they get dogged for having no style because their stylist does it. I've heard the "oh, their stylist dresses them" argument a lot lately & I just don't get it. I am SO glad my style is not put on trial every day.

People will always say that anyone who dresses boho is a copycat or Kate Moss. Really, who is original? Everything is a copy of something else these days. Also, I like Jen A's style. Gwen, Rachel, and Kirsten are my style icons!

oh lord, i am so glad i am not the only halley berry hater around! she is on my celebrity kill list (tied for first place with nick cage). she is the most boring person on the face of the planet. i apologize if anybody likes her but her and i have some issues. yes, she is attractive, but beyond that is incredibly boring, both style wise, hair wise, life wise, everything wise. and what was up with that booby shot in that movie that she got paid a jillion dollars for? this is where my original hatred of her stems from, it was one of the most gratuitous booby shots ever! my hackles get raised just thinking about her. seriously, i could put her face on a punching bag and go ten rounds. there is just something about her. there, ive said it, im a halley hater. deep breath.

The only ones I would put on my own top dressed list are:

1. Kate (she has some faux pas, but overall I like that she takes chances with her clothes but that they still look like her own)

2. Nicole (like others have said, this maybe alot of Zoe's doing, but she does have some amazing clothes nowadays)

3. Rachel Bilson and Kirsten (because they look like like they do it themselves and have amazing clothes)

4. Gwenyth and Catherine (they always look so pulled together and classic. If I looked at their pictures 10 years from now I doubt I'd think they looked dated.)

I think Angie and Jen are good dressers, but they don't really wear anything that I'm overall inspired to buy or wear myself. Except for the fact that they can look amazing in a plain black tee and some jeans and I feel like a schlub.

I'm just surprised that JLo, Halle Berry, Mischa, and Victoria made the list. Have they already forgotten the suspenders (Mischa) and the chaps (Victoria)?

ETA: Just wanted to add, how pissed do you think LaLohan is that she didn't even make the list? Or how about the Olsens?

Yay!!!!  I'm not the only Halle hater!  I don't have huge problems with her, but I just feel like at EVERY awards show, the boobs are always on display.  Yes, she has a very nice figure, but she needs to put the boobs away every once in awhile.

And I agree with you relrel, she just doesn't seem that interesting, kinda like Eva Longoria.  She acts and dates famous people and has a nice body, but that's about all either of them really have going on.

I love Rachel Bilson's style. So classy, yet youthful. She always looks great to me.
