I need to be better about sticking to what I post here.  I tend to snack way too much in the evening before and after dinner.


B:  egg beaters, spinach, goat cheese, and light english muffin


S:  clementine


L:  low fat veggie enchilada and yogurt


S:  cut up veggies and string cheese


D:  going out with friends so not sure


E:  nope

Oh I was planning to be so good today when I left home.  Then I got to work and everyone wanted to order mexican.  So there went the diet and healthy eating.  Plus we didn't get our food till 1 so I was starving.


B: lowfat bagel with 2 tsp cream cheese (4 pts)


S: blackberries (0 pts)


S: Luna bar (3 pts)


L: chips, nachos, 2 soft tacos, creamy jalepeno dip (ranch and jalepenos pureed in it)


S: some more chips


D: if I am hungry (hopefully I won't be) left over shrimp fried rice (8pts)


So if we take out the lunch I've only eaten 15 points today

I need to be much better about posting to this thread.  It's crunch time and I need to get mucho-seriouso!


B:  Mixed fruit, veggie & eggwhite omelet, rye toast, coffee


S:  Apple


L:  Leftover ravioli w/spaghetti sauce


D:  Tilapia, steamed asparagus, little bit of brown rice


E:  Going for a walk today - outside if it's not too cold/windy

B-soy cereal, fiber, skim milk

L-veggie sandwich on wheat bread with lettuce, tomatoes, fat free cheese, pickles and fat free mayo, with light chips

S-vanilla yogurt with fiber, walnuts and cranberries

um cheated with some chocolates...oops

D-omlette with egg beaters, sliced up peppers and tomatoes

E-1 hr cardio...ran 3 miles, and walked and did weight routine

Wow.  I went overboard today.  It wasn't pretty.


B:  Raisin bran, OJ


S: Just some chai tea (no milk, just the tea)


L:  Here's where I screwed up.  We had a boxed lunch at work and I had a tuna salad sandwich on wheat, potato chips, a Coke, and a big chocolate chip cookie.  Oops


D:  Glass of wine, Tex Mex chilli macaroni "stoup" and 1/2 a double decker quesadilla.  The chili/macaroni/"stoup" had lean ground beef, onion, garlic, canned tomato, cumin, jalapeno, bell pepper, celery, chicken broth, and a dollop of sour cream on top.  The double decker quesadillas consisted of the following:  a tortilla, cheddar cheese, another tortilla, pepper jack cheese, another tortilla, and salsa.  Good, but not good for you. 


To make matters worse, I didn't exercize today. 


Tomorrow will be better.
