I believe you bought these shoes. If so, could you tell me if you think they could be worn without the ankle strap.  I love the looks of the shoes however ankle straps don't flatter my short legs! Also, are they easy to walk in, as far as the height of the heel goes? Thanks in advance!!

i'm sorry, i don't think i'll be much help because i usually order a 1/2 size when i wear heels, so i definitely need the ankle strap.  they are such beautiful shoes, i would try them, i know the store that i got them from said they are selling out (they had round two of shipments when i got them)...
