I read somewhere that she's always had a gap between her front teeth, and wears a cosmetic piece to cover it for tv apperances/movies/concerts, etc. 


But that pic does look dreadful.    I like Madonna, I hope she and Guy Ritchie don't get divorced.  But then again, they've lasted a lot longer than your typical Hollywood marriage.
