just tell yourself that 40 minutes is only 8 songs and that if you don't do it you'll have put your workout clothes on for no reason.  go bex go!

thanks girls!  i left right after i read esquiress telling me that it is only 8 songs!  8 songs i thought- i can do that!  so i did!  and now i feel great!!!

hotcocoa i am loving the ITread.  I also downloaded the ISculpt Ballet and am going to do it on Friday when I am home.  I noticed the PDF direction file showed using a small ball for some of the exercises- did you do that?  do i need to get one or can i get away without doing it?

yeah, she has a ball... but she keeps repeating that it's OK if you don't have one. i started with one, but mine seemed a bit too big so i dropped it. you can do the workout without one, but for next time i'll be searching for a little red ball just like hers... because i want a body just like hers. isn't that how it works?

Can someone pretty please explain to me what Isculpt ballet is and how I get it? Is it a workout track that goes on your ipod? I think I need it!

TIA!

Lisa, you can download the workouts at iTrain.com. I got the iClimb (for ellipticals and steppers), iStretch, and iSculpt ones. I haven't had a chance to use them all but I've been doing the iClimb one and I love it. Based on what everyone has said I think all of the workouts are probably awesome.

ETA: Yeah, they're workout programs that go on MP3 players.

This may be a dumb question, but is it easy to understand what the instructor is telling you to do? I went to the site and listened to some of the clips, albeit it's right in the middle of it, but I just felt completely lost as to what they were saying to do! Anyways, how easy is it to follow/understand?

its easy to follow esp. the ITread.

I did some of the Yoga and i have taken yoga off and on for about 4 years and the instructor called some poses different from what i knew them as.  however, ITrain also gives you a pdf file with descriptions of the exercises that are a little more intensive.

hotcocoa i TOTALLY want that instructors body!  she's smokin!
