I have been searching for the perfect pair of pointy black flats forever and finally found these at Gap:



What I'm wondering is if I should get them now or wait for them to go on sale.  I'm a full-time student and need a lot of things right now, so getting them for less than the $39.50 they are right now really appeals to me.  Plus, I'm not sure they're worth the price.  But I'm worried that they'll sell out of my size.  I've never bought shoes from Gap before (they usually don't fit) - does anyone know if they sell out quickly?  Should I buy them now or just bit the bullet and pay full price?

I would wait.  I have always been able to find my size in their shoes when they go on sale, whether online or in store.  I also have found that their shoes are not very comfortable and I definitely wouldn't pay full price for them.  But others may have had different experiences.

I saw the Gap pair in person and thought they were really cute. However, I would not pay full price for them right now. I'd prefer to wait for a sale, eventually they'll mark it down for really cheap.
