What do boys like? Need gift ideas...

Dilemma: BF and I are visiting his cousins and uncle sometime next week. His cousins have two sons, aged around 10 and 13 (are they technically nephews?).


They make A LOT more money than any of us. We have no idea what to get them. BF used to have the hookup at a kids' company so we always gave the boys freebie stuff and they were happy. Now that's not the case, though. The parents are very educationally minded and are grooming the kids to be overachievers.


What would you do? I'm just clueless.

If they make a lot of money, do the two boys have ipods? If they do, you could get them some ipod accessories.  If they have computers, maybe they'd like optical mice? How about puzzle books like cryptograms/logic puzzles/sudoku. Or board games, science books(I had a book as a kid called "science experiments you can eat"), field guides w/ insects or birds, a mini telescope/astronomy related stuff. Or how about art supplies? Or a cookbook for kids?
