First let me start by saying, I am an intermediate user. I can do charts and graphs and stuff but need help with pivot tables and vlookups and hlookups and learning just some general neat functions and shortcuts.
Has anyone used an online tutorial or a cd they purchased they could recommend? I would like to brush up on a few functions for my new job this weekend.

Personally, I just went through excels formulas and read the help that is provided in there. That was the most helpful to me. I have an excel for dummies book and it is a great reference. For me, the people around me are the most helpful because they have more experience than I do. I am pretty familiar with excel and if you ever have anyt questions let me know!
