OMG, It is hot outside. It was probably cold for 2 weeks in Houston last month or was it in November. My winter has been ruin. I have not enjoyed my favorite time of the year. All my winter sweaters, jackets, coats, and boots are sadly sitting in my closet. Thanks for listening.

I know! We had a record high temp for this time of year yesterday- I think like 81ish?  It was a nice a day though, I did all my outdoor events (ie. wash my car, run during the day & not for my life at night.)  Today is just muggy & my hair is all a'frizz.   :/

Haha I know!  We had all of ONE week of winter this year.  Annnnnnnnd this was the year I splurged on four cashmere sweaters.  It's wayyyy to hot to wear them now, even for half a day.  *sigh*  Stupid Texas weather.

I cannot believe you girls are sitting in 80+ degree weather! We are actually having a warm spell here in MA, where it is about 40 today, but it did snow just yesterday. Who would like to come visit and play in the snow, making the most out of your cashmere?

Snow is so foreign to me, I'd love to come play!!  I've lived here all my life & so my idea of "snow" is tiny flurries that either A) disappear before they hit the ground, or B) form a hazardous icy layer on the streets!


Actually, last Christmas Eve we had snow.... It was so awesome everyone was freaking out & calling everyone in their phonebook.  Ok maybe that was just me.

we have had hardly any snow this year at all. It has been 35 - 40 F everyday for the past month or so. I'm not too upset about it actually, I'm not a fan of really heavy winters. Its just weird for this part of Canada.

oh, I totally understand! I am in Arizona, and we had ONE WEEK of winter. It's been near 80 since Christmas. I go to work in the dark freezing my ass off and am sweaty by noon. We haven't had rain in 90 days! Our ski resorts may not open this year


I know it probably sounds nice to those of you in the Midwest or Northeast, but it isn't! We love precipitation here, and we've had NONE. It's smoggy and hot and gross.

LOL I feel your pain, Claudia! I'm here in Austin, and it was in the low 80s today - what on Earth?! LOL I've worn some of my boots MAYBE once or twice, but I want to wear them (and my new red leather jacket I just brought last month) MORE than that. But I keep hearing that Feb. MIGHT be cold-cold, but who knows. It'd be nice, huh? LOL

yes texas weather does suck but iam a dork because I hate cold weather and iam enjoying the warmer days although I wish for colder weather   and when it gets here iam pitching a fit We did get snow last year and I loved it but I was happy to see it go
