Nutrition Shakes

Does anybody have favorite Ready-to-drink meal replacement or nutrition shakes? The eating plan I'm on suggests Myoplex shakes (lots of protein, low carbs), but I can't stand the taste of them. They're really convenient for me since I have to eat 6 small meals a day, but the taste is truly horrendous.

I loved the Body for Life shakes ( and I think they're made by the same company as Myoplex ones..EAS)!  And of course slim fast is good too.

needsfashionadvice...That's actually the program I'm on...but the Vitamin Shoppe near me didn't carry those Body for Life shakes. Were you able to get them at at regular supermarket?

i don't mind ensure shakes, and I believe they have low carb versions. Only the chocolate is drinkable, though - AVOID the banana...

I found them at Wal-mart.  I know my local Kroger and Super One also carried them.  Do you have any of those stores?  If not, I'm sure you could order them online.  I wouldn't get the low carb ones though, they're not very good.
