I figured I would start a spin-off of the weekend shopping post, for those of us on a ban. We can post pictures of things we *almost* purchased, but then gained self-control. Or things we are saving for.
I am having good ban luck so far, even though it's only been 6 days since the new year. For me though, that's will-power.
I had this (only $20) in my Anthro shopping cart, but talked myself out of it despite the fact I have been eyeing it.
I had bought this before New Years and it came yesterday, so technically it wasn't from this year, but I returned it anyway.

I came, I saw, I did a little shopping.
Well today I returned a shirt to dillards I bought almost a month ago for a christmas party and didn't wear. But then i bought a necessity item that was pre-approved ban shopping so I evened out basically with the return and the necessity item (black wacoal bra). I have one more pair of pants to return maybe tomorrow and I'm going to a stand alone BR instead of a mall so I won't be tempted to shop. I'm going to save one of my other necessity purchases (I need a nice black tank to wear under things and a cami or a beater isn't appropriate) for next weekend when my mom comes to visit and wants to shop.
I have to study this weekend so I'll be staying home or going to starbucks (with GC $$) and won't be near a mall so I think I'll do ok. What are yall doing to distract yourself from studying?
Tee hee. I almost bought this jacket when I was getting groceries at Walmart today - it was on sale for $17 but i don't want any more clothes in this size, and it's not going to fit next winter so i talked myself out of it. I do love it though. The details & buttons are beautiful.

At my local J. Crew, they had these trouser jeans for $9.99 each. The only two pairs left were a 29 (fit perfectly) and a 28 (losing weight...it would be great to have this pair too).
Then I realized that $20 is $20 I can't spend on new clothes when I finally hit my target weight/size.
