This is going to sound crazy, but look in the back of US Weekly and similar magazines (In Touch, Life & Style, Star). Where vendors all advertise on 2 pages there are always several internet companies where you can buy personalized hoodies, tees, etc and I'm sure they would do underwear too. Sorry I couldn't give you an actual site but instead sent you on a wild goose chase.

did you try emaling customizedgirl and see if they could still do them for you? since they used to do it, they probably still have the capabilities... they probably just took the option off b/c a lot of people weren't taking advantage of it.
