So as you might know from my previous post, I was thinking about buying a twelfth st. wristlet/clutch type thing in a purple colour.

It's on sale and made in the USA which makes it cheaper for me, living in Canada. (no 25% duties charge) Yesterday I was browsing the net, and found this bag which I love.

I think is would be more useful, and versatile, but it's about 150$ more.
I am worried about the dimensions, and the price. I like big bags and it's only 12" wide, and 11" high. I Carried around a piece of paper of this size and it seemed ok. Really I think I just need someone to enable me here.

So should I go for good ole reliable and cheap wristlet, or splurge (for me anyways) on the tote? Ps. sorry for the huge pics!

I like both.  However, I wouldn't buy the tote because I have a personal issue with bags that are not able to be carried over the shoulder.  If that's not something that would be inconvenient for you and you can swing the extra $150, why not?

wow, those are both great bags.  i would be completely torn as well.  i would probably buy both, but i have issues with self control if i were you, i would get the one that would be most functional.  or if you are looking for something that is just fun, i would get the wristlet.

who makes the second bag? i like that a lot.  i also think it's more practical for an everyday bag.

I would think that if you like bigger bags you should go with the second bag. The wristlet bag would be too small for you, wouldn't it?

I like the second bag more...it's more practical to me while still having a good quirk factor.

I'll be the ultimate enabler and suggest you buy both if you can swing it!  They're both really cute.  But it depends on how cheap you can get the first one for.  If you can't swing both, then I'd get the wristlet.  1) because it's on sale, 2) you might kick yourself for not getting it if it sells out, and 3) because the second bag might go on sale before too long.

I think the clutch is cuter, but if you like them both you need to decide which is more practical or which one you 'need' more.
