Ok, so i won this item on ebay, and had emailed the seller a few questions about the item before the auction ended, but they never responded. So like I said, I won the item, and the seller sent the invoice the next day. So since I hadn't heard back about the questions, I really didn't want to pay until they were answered, so I emailed the questions again. No response from the seller after a few days, so I emailed again the same questions, still no answer. Now, I have not sent my payment yet, because now im afraid ill pay and will never recieve the item, if the seller can't even return my emails. I won the item on the 22nd, it is now almost the 28th. You would think the seller would have contacted me about payment since they said payment must be made within 3 days.
I really really really want this item i won on ebay and i got it at a really good price, plus I sort of need to have it before school starts again on monday, otherwise i wouldn't be so worried about it. But has anyone had this happen to them? Do you think it might just be because of the holidays? What should I do?

It probably is because of the holidays. They may be away from the computer or something. This has happened to me before and I know how you feel. It's really frustrating! Give it a few more days... hopefully they will reply soon.
This situation has never happened to me but, when I sell on ebay I try to answer all the questions I receive during the auction. That said, once the auction ends and someone has won the item I'm not sure I would worry about answering questions because at that point the buyer has won the item and is obligated to pay for it no matter what questions they may have had during the auction. I think you should go ahead and pay for the item.
I think you should pay for the item, as long as the seller has good feedback. big sellers don't have time to be answering questions about already won items, they barely have enough time to answer all the questions that can come in on multiple items that are yet to be sold. it would be nicer if the seller would respond to you, but ultimately, you are the one responsible once you submit the bid.

Ok... So if I decide to pay, and then I never recieve the item, is it hard or a long process to get a refund on my money?
