Help with NYE outfit!

aww heck...that actually is a really hard choice, so i don't know how much help im gonna be. you do look very cute in that denim mini of yours, especially with the boots, but those shoes are super cute. what's the forecast for your state? im assuming colder (you are from iowa right? that's cold, right?) so maybe the denim isn't gonna be any good...but hmm, you do wear it often now with tights. damn, see, i told you, im not gonna be much help. okay, this is my final pronouncement:

while the shoes are absolutely gorgeous and fun, with the silky cami/tank top, jeans, and strappy sandlas, you just might look like every other girl at the party/event so the denim mini gets my vote because 1. it's a great outfit with the boots and silver clutch, and 2. you look really great in the denim mini. there, i hope that helps even if it was a bit rambling.

where are you going? is it casual or is it mor dressy? i like what you have and i would wear the boots. with some funky tights or fishnets and black nylons. is the skirt as short as the picture? that would be really hot with some black tights with a design on them.

So silly me forgot to mention the temp and where I'm going *Smacks forehead*...

Anyways, the forecast is saying it's to be 24 degrees that night. I can handle the skirt w/tights if I've got on my warm winter coat, so that's not a biggie. I'm just going to a casual college bar so I don't need to be really dressy or anything either.

And, the skirt is this short on me (pic of me in a summer bar outfit):

I like the skirt and boots. That outfit would look hot with textured tights like the ones Tashina posted if you have any.
