So, my DH bought me a pair of uggs that I've been drooling over for months.



I got them in black. I wore them for a couple of hours on Christmas and then I put them on for work this morning and I was tripping all over the place. I thought this was odd so I looked at the bottom of my shoes and the sole is peeling up on the front of both shoes. I told DH about it so that he can contact whoever he bought them from, which happens to be Amazon, to see what we can do about it. He just got rid of the invoice and I threw away the box, not thinking anything would be wrong with them.

I hope that they can do something about them. I mean sure, I could take them to a shoe repair place, but they are BRAND NEW! Sorry, I just had to vent. Has anyone else had similar problems? Maybe I just got a faulty pair.

aw, that sucks! i wear mine all the time!  its my second winter with them.  i've never had the sole come off, though some chunks are missing around the heel now, heh.  i don't wear them very carefully though, so i probably shouldn't complain.  maybe contact UGG themselves?

Nunzi, you can print invoices for past orders on Amazon.  I would think that Amazon would take them back even without the box because they are faulty.  I would give them a call and explain the situation to them.  They should be able to do something for you.

Well they were purchased through a seller on there. It wasn't directly from Amazon. Do you think they'll still take them back?
