I didn't know where to post this but I thought since gifts involve shopping this was the appropriate place :)


Here is my Christmas loot...


Emerald green Burberry quilted jacket, a box set of Paula Deen cookbooks, Williams Sonoma hot chocolate and homemade marshmallows (not pictured because they're in the fridge), Ipod Nano, VS Apple print flannel pjs and matching slippers, pretty pale blue pjs embroidered with my initials, Sharper Image supersonic jewelry cleaner, Lilly Pulitzer Holiday Entertaining cookbook, Trivial Pursuit Pop Century, and a Lifesaver book (we always get those in our stockings). Not pictured but I also got a pair of cameo earrings, scratch of Lotto tickets (another stocking stuffer... I won $3 and 2 free tickets), a Waterman fountain pen, and an old fashioned white noise maker (random, but I asked for it).



What did everyone else get? I can't wait to find out

i finally got TIVO. i've been wanting it forever. a subscription to us weekly. mall gift cards. concert tickets. new pajamas. the oc season 2 & lost dvd's. lots of other little things. christmas was so nice! i also got some money & i'm thinking about ordering a sidekick but i haven't decided yet. i hope everyone had a wonderful day!!!!

 I just wanted to share some gifts with you, here is what I got- yeah just want I wanted, cant wait gor hubby to put it together. The snowman dinneware , salt & pepper shakers posted in home and garden, the watch set has different color bands so I can change it out so cool, and lots of bath gels and purfumes. I included chris and hubbys  





oh and hubby and I got this  from grandparents





hubby light house clock/calender he loves light houses , also he got a jacket,  4 pair pants , 3-shirts, air compresser,astro t- shirt,





 chris got more than anyone of cousre- boy he was loaded down with stuff  , mommy even played with the toys



hoodie , jacket with detachable hood, 2 pair of pants,

Mommy even played twister- boy was that something to see chris decided to spin for me and tell where to go



 





the gray ball next to the movies is a mega block dragon ball and that card game slamwich looks pretty fun







this truck is a remote control, the watch  controls it

Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays! Hope everyone had a great one!

My gifts:

MOTP dvd, black mary janes & a new pair of patterned trouser socks, Kate Spade wallet (inside is grass green - Chic would love it), body wash and some great MB skin products, Sephora loot (Stila lip glaze, eyeshadows, tweezers), L'Occitane hand cream and lip balm, the book The Lovely Bones (heard about it from you girls!), gift cards (B&N, Visa, Sephora, JCrew), the T3 "Evolution" hairdryer, Tocca marcella candle (smells like honey and milk), C&B glasses with the little reindeer pictured below (they're already on my table so not in pic) and a ton of cookbooks that aren't in the picture. I had a great Christmas!

a bunch of random stuff but this was the coolest....


it's a whipped cream maker! you just pour in the cream, some sugar and attach the nitrous oxide ampule and voila! fresh whipped cream! i opened the little box of nitrous oxide ampules first and actually screamed. i always beg my mom to make whipped cream when i go home so i can have hot chocolate with the fresh whipped cream and i was just talking about it with the bf and bf's parents two nights ago talking about how i wanted one so bad. and yay! i got it!!! ahh, fresh whipped cream whenever i want. plus, i can put in vanilla extract, or anise extract and it's all yummy flavored. can you tell i love this present??? oh, yeah...and a big bucket full of method cleaning supplies. i love when people buy cleaning supplies for me cause they are so expensive and i never have any at home when i need them. mmm, cleaning supplies and whipped cream, what more could a girl ask for?

Wow! Everyone's gifts look so great! Kaykay, you are so cute in that Twister pic. And dixiegirl, you will LOVE your TiVo. I held out for a year - my hubby kept trying to convince me about it - but now I am wholly converted and don't know how we ever lived without it.

What I got:

an ornament - handblown, cobalt-blue glass, some beads & stones to use in my work, a box (I love ornamental boxes, of all sizes and shapes), a Hickory Farms sampler, some small goodies from DH, but the kicker is that he bought me my first *designer* piece of clothing. It's a long story and I'll put it in another post, but I now own my first piece of Missoni clothing. And I adore it - and him for surprising me so. *s*

DH is (well, we both are) currently enjoying his Atari Flashback system - for those of you who are old enough to remember Atari from 20 years ago...this has a lot of the standard games on it, and we are cracking ourselves up and getting all nostalgic over these old games (and how "old school" computer graphics were back then.

Hey girls!  I finally get almost two weeks off and I'm so looking forward to catching up here. I've missed you all!

As usual, I got money from my family.  Some of it I already used at the Saks online sale, and I will post separately.  If you haven't checked it out, go there now! 

Inevitably, a Christmas can't pass without me buying something for me... so I got:
(Worth mentioning: when I went to Italy last month, I bought a black leather Gucci wallet and Gucci beige monogram purse.  At the time I told myself they were early Christmas presents).

Um, can you tell this is what my guy picked out for me all on his own?!!!  A radar/laser detector, calculator, first aid kit, hand and toe warmers, 4 pairs of warm winter socks.  My stocking consisted of the calculator, hand and toe warmers, socks, and a couple scratch tickets which I won off all but one.  I think he will need help with the stocking next year.  I missed out on the girly stuff!
