This one's for the pet owners...


I ordered some toys for my dogs for Christmas earlier this week. I received them yesterday, and they sent me two of the wrong ones (not drastically wrong, but they were nylabones in a different shape than the ones I ordered). I emailed them, hoping I could get the right ones by Christmas. They called me today and said that I should keep the other toys, and they are sending me the right ones via express shipping.  Cool, huh? They have great prices, too, even though their website sort of sucks:
