I *think* I'm getting the black platform ones for Christmas. Since my husband insisted that they were beautiful and he never says that about shoes. I'm usually a 6 or a 6 1/2 - The ones I tried on in the store were 6 1/2 and they were perfect. I walked around in them for about 5 min. and they didn't hurt at all however the heel is very high - at least 4 inches. I'm used to 3 1/2 - so I figure it would be hard to get used to 4!!
So, to answer your question I'd say they are TTS if not a little on the small size. I know the black ones are gorgeous in person and I'm sure those are too!
I'm sure you could manage in them for a least a few hours. I have a pair of knee boots that are 4" that I wear to work for 9 hours. They hurt but they would be a lot more bearable if I would buy a gel pad for them. I'm sure you could do that for those shoes if they hurt.
I have been stalking those myself. They were at my local Macy's in the clearance section, but only in itty-bitty shoe sizes.
I know that carmenb513 has a pair of tan ones that she said were fairly comfortable. I think she said she wore them for a shift at her retail job and did okay in them. (I tried searching for the link to that thread, couldn't find it.)

i hate them because they are so damn cute and so damn uncomfortable! i couldn't manage 2 hours in them (sorry joceybaby!) and i usually can put up with shoes...
i originally bought them in a size 6 (which i wear in every other shoe i own) but then took them back when they were uncomfortable thinking i had the wrong size. i went up to a 6 1/2 and they were still uncomfortable.
if (!) you get these, i would highly recommend sizing up at least a 1/2 size to accomdate for sizing and the swelling of your poor feet!
eta: i weare 4" inches all the time so i know it wasn't the height factor in those babies... i don't know what it was, but my feet would literally go numb in those shoes.
Bex - thank you so much for sharing this. I have been eyeing these on eBay in my own size...but hearing how painful they were for you, a regular heels wearer (as am I), has made me decide to pass. I appreciate your reviewing them for us!

Me too. But apparently I am a serious glutton for punishment! I'll review when I get them and maybe I'll have slightly better luck??

aww! i hope they work out for you JoceyBaby... CarmenB said they were uncomfortable at first for her but then they worked out. I just couldn't hack it with my feet going numb and all!
Let us know! I wish they worked for me- they are soooooo cute!
