I'm trying to be organized today so I thought I'd start the thread!


B: banana, coffee, a plain glazed donut


S: lf string cheese


L: Lean Gourmet Lasagne (cheap and yummy! Only $1 on sale),


S: butternut squash soup from TJs, some chocolate at work


D: Chicken perogi (TJs) with pasta sauce and green salad.


E: Full body weights, 15-20 min light cardio

Breaky:  Tall Soy Latte, high fiber muffin


Lunch:  Lunch out w/ coworkers.  Portobello sandwich and fries - I have a fry problem


Snack:  2 christmas cookes


Dinner:  ??


Ex:  30 min run, abs


I need the holidays to be over.  Why do people keep giving me little bags of cookies?

Ummm. I need to eat better.


Exercise: Week one, box one of the couch-to-5K thing (Crystal: thank you SO much for posting this. It is pretty much what I do already, but I love the structure). And 30 minutes of weights/abs.

I saw some friends today at lunch that I haven't seen in about a year, and I got a lot of compliments on my weight loss.  It was really nice to hear!  (how shallow do I sound?)

B: 2 slices w/w bread (1 point) 2 tablespoons whipped pb (3 points)


L: chicken ceasar salad (leftover from Olive Garden last night) & 5 hersheys kisses


D: I think mac 'n cheese (this is my "i have a cold" comfort food)


E: Um, I have a cold? (Seriously, this part is going to stay blank until after the new year. I'm just too too busy right now. I'm on a 3 week hiatus for working out. oh god, that sounded bad.)

L:  Lentil soup, half turkey sandwich on WW


S:  Tea, banana, probably more cookies


D:  Lasagna, beets dressed w/vinegar and blue cheese


E:  I don't think anyone is expecting me to post anything serious in this place so I'm going to stop pretending


I swear I'm not a big fat cow, even though it sounds like I would be by my posts!  I even went for a walk last night!
