We're going out in limo/bar hopping for NYE, so I don't want this dress to look conventional -- black heels/boots, fab earrings, etc.  I have some ideas in mind, but want to see what you guys come up with to inspire me.  I was thinking gloves of some sort, opera-length in satin or even leather.  Thoughts!

bebe.  still $139. i highly recommend it.  the back criscrosses in back and has rhinestone brooch in middle.  great LBD.  you should get.

i love the gloves idea, brightly colored gloves, like a deep red and add some bracelets.   you could add some colored fishnet stalkings.  bright shoes of course.  i think i might wear it with cuffed jeans underneath and layer on some neclaces with a bright pair of shoes, but that depends on if your in the mood for bare legs or not.

Thanks, Tashina.  I like your suggestions of brightly colored fishnets and layered necklaces and/or bracelets.  I probably won't wear jeans with it bec. the dress hits me about 2 in. below knee, so that would make me legs look extremely short.  i'm thinking i might do wedges instead of pumps or heels.  maybe something like this
