I wouldn't spill the beans just yet..I know if it were me, I wouldn't want the surprise ruined. Maybe PM LSU or Karina and have them PM your SS to see if she got it yet and just hasn't posted? HTH!

Also, if you sent it UPS, do you have a tracking # to see if it was delivered?

I am also worried that mine hasnt recieved her gift yet either! I check the SS Gift thread everyday but I dont see anything. I sent it on Wednesday the 14!

BUT my address is my parents house- and i can't get there til the 24th- so i'm not going to see it for forever! grrr. i have work in nyc all week. So, rest assured if you have me. anyone in similar situations should also post.

I've been in and out of town and in and out of meetings and real estate closings and just got mine sent out. I had bought it a couple weeks ago and was planning to get it out on the 15th like we were told too but I was out of town. I sent it Priority Mail (no UPS near by), so they told me 2-3 days on the arrival time. I feel bad for the delay and hope she understands. Trust me..... it's on it's way!!

I sent mine on Wednesday via priority mail, too. I keep looking up the tracking, and it says "the postal service was notified to expect this package on Dec. 14, 2005."

I don't know who my SS is but I got a package today from USPS and I didn't make it to the office before they closed so I'll post it tomorrow.

Okay, today my bf happened to be outside when the mail man came by. He said yesterday he had a package for our address but did not deliver it since the last name wasn't the same on the mail box. What a fugging idiot! Not everybody in the same household has the same last name! He better deliver tomorrow, and of course I work all day tomorrow.

So while I was at the post office today, I asked about it and they didn't find anything with my name or address on it. So I hope it isn't getting sent back just because the mailman is so dumb. He has no business deciding what can be delivered where. Just do your damn job, and deliver where the address says!
