Has anyone seen one anywhere? I want to wear one for New Year's Eve with a chocolate brown satin tube top. I would love to not spend a fortune, but any ideas are welcome. TIA

I could have it made, I was actually thinking that I could get a long satin skirt and take the bottom up under and sew it so it would create the bubble look. So any long hot pink skirts will work also. TIA!
