Large Chested Sports Bra?
Permalink Closed

Hey girls, I really want to get my cousin a GOOD sports bra for Christmas.... she cannot run because it hurts too much since she is a 34DD.  Being barely a B I cannot relate & have no clue what the latest in sports bra technology is... does anyone have any recommendations??  The cheaper the better, but it has to work!!

Victorias Secret makes a great sports bra for bigger chests. I'm a 34 D/DD and it really keeps me in when I run.

VS Double Layer

Shock Absorber I like this one because it doesn't give us chesty girls the dreaded "shelf" it actually gives us two boobs unlike most sports bras

This one is a combo of the other two Shock Absorber double layer

Also like Nike Dri Fit running bra

You should also look at Moving Comfort bras.  They sell them at most running shops.  I tried the Fiona bra last year and now that's all I wear when I run.  I can tell a huge difference in this bra and the others I've ran in.  I buy the C-cup size but these bras are well built and the adjustable shoulderstraps on the Fiona bra are very nice I would think the DD would be nice as well.  Whatever you get make sure it says for "High Impact".

my friend swears by "The Last Resort" from Title Nine  (www.titlenine.com)- she recently took up running and said this is amazing and her DDs don't move at all.

I second Moving Comfort!

Supposedly the Enell "serious but friendly" bra is the best one for large chests.

This is a good website: http://www.x-chrom.com/index.php4 that has lots of serious sports bras.

I second this...I bought one on bumblebee's recommendation and it's brilliant.

thanks everyone... the VS "double layer" Collette posted is more in my price range (at $32)... do you know if they sell it B&M or online only?  I am trying to avoid shipping charges & don't want to spend $100 to do it!! thanks!!

I've seen them in stores recently. So you should be able to get it without shipping!

Back when I was a DD the only bra that did anything for me was my enell (think it's enell.com). Anything else paled in comparison. It's a total iron-lady, boobs will not budge a millimeter, hard-core bra. Anything else I tried was a joke.

Actually, I still wear it. It's a little looser now since the reduction, but still gives me great support because it was tight as hell before.
