Let's have another round of "here's how bad my day sucked," shall we?

-Someone stole money from me AGAIN at school.  As in, got into my stuff and took it out of my wallet.

-My car needs ~$3000 of repairs.  As I was driving to school my car started overheating so my parents took it into the shop.  Apparently it needs A LOT of work.  Which means I have to get a new car since the repairs cost more than what I paid for the car out my own pocket.  GRRR...

I'm supposed to hear back from UGA tonight.  Let's hope the "bad things happen in 3s" thing doesn't hold true...

Ouch. I bombed a sports law final (but everyone did and it's graded on a curve, so whatever). And realized uh-gain why everyone thinks lawyers are creeps. Neophye lawyers are the worst... Doesn't compare to your day at all.

Good luck with the car - you've probably already done this but I've had very good luck finding the price fo the replacement parts, then comparing it to the hourly labor fees, then comparison shopping around for lower quotes on either of these, then getting the original car company to lower their price. It takes a while, but especially for a big repair they will almost always do something for free. (For some reason, I always have to tell them my dad said the cost was too high. I haven't talke to my dad in three years, but they have to have a man's approval on it or something). Anyway, I hope they come down at least a little bit for you. $3,000 is ridiculous.

Or, I guess, good luck getting a new car. I hope you can get a good trade in value - it won't cost a ealership nearly as much to repair it, so whatever...

Mine is really lame.  Everyone was making a huge deal about an impending snowstorm last night, so I got all excited (the federal government closes at the hint of snow, and therefore my office does too).  I peeked out the window this morning and saw *maybe* two inches on the ground, said DRAT and shuffled off to get ready for work.

Then I marched through the snow to my office.  When I got there, it was dead, not a soul in sight.  I thought is was weird until everyone started pouring in at 11 a.m.  Our office was CLOSED until 11, and I was the only dork who showed up on time!  So now I'm leaving early.  HA!

I totally blew my econ final. I walked in feeling pretty good about it and then opened the test and wanted to cry. The other tests were pretty easy as in questions that related to the homework and stuff. This one had problems that were related to what we'd learned, but totally different from anything I'd seen. I really needed a good grade on it too.

I work in a Japanese steakhouse and I spilled drinks all over the grill IN FRONT of the customers. This is like, the third time I've spilt ^%(&. The first time, I dropped a sauce dish of goody goody sauce on me. The second time, I spilled a pitcher of soy sauce on the ground and the third time (tonight) are the drinks. They all didn't happen the same day but the last two happened this month alone.

I SO need a new job. Things just keep adding up to me quitting the damn place.
