We're putting a bid in on a new place today!!! I'm so excited and nervous. I hope we get it. I'm sure he'll counter offer and what not but I have no clue how this works, my DH does it all. So I just have to wait and see!


Also cool, we have the same realtor as Vince Vaughn and he's looking at the same neighborhood we are! I asked her if I could go with and pretend to be her "assistant".
