This is fake, right?

I'm not sure. The FAQ from their website claims authenticity but a $256 Balenciaga is probably too good to be true.

Why are your prices lower than retail?

note I bolded "we guarantees" what kind of mess is that?Who talks like that never seen that on site like eluxury or anything.Fake I say!

You'd think if they were worried about people thinking that the bags were fake, they would post the card of authenticity or something.

They are grey market. Here is how the designer handbag thing works. The designers contract out to factories to produce their bags. The factories knowing they can make more money by selling excess product over produces for the designers. They sell the excess to middlemen and then pass it along to distributors around the world. This site may be one of those. The prices do seem a bit low though given the weakness of the dollar against the Euro. Though the fact that it is just an online presence means they do not have the operating expenses as a place such as Duty Free Apparel. This could be a one-two person shop that takes orders and ships them. Buy a bag. Take it to a place to authenticate if it i fake send it back.
