I don't know if the guy has an issue or what. But seriously. He makes the loudest, most abrupt noises all the freaking time!!! They aren't words and they aren't normal noises. Did I mention how loud he is? I mean, if I had issues like that (or maybe he's just weird), I'd keep my door a little pulled to so everyone doesn't have to listen to it.


And did I mention his laugh? It sounds like a freight train has come through the office and there's a car on the tracks.


Normally I'm able to ignore it but today for some reason it seems louder and more obnoxious than normal. Oh! And he clips his nails in his office and I can hear it! Drives me batty!


Ugh. Just needed to vent. One more thing. When it's cold he wear his nylon jacket thing all day and when he walks past my office, not only does the change in his pocket rattle obnoxiously but he makes swishing noises from his arms rubbing his jacket. Argh!!!

I have a male coworker that scratches and picks his nose while eating.  He'll also just come sit down at the chair next to my desk just to chat and pick his nose.  I have no idea what to say/do in those situations. 


I can sympathize.

Yes, it's disgusting.  And he's married too, which is what I don't get.  Does his wife let him act like that around her?!?!  I'd be horrified if my husband acted like that around people.  Ugh.


I can't believe your coworker clips his nails in the office.  Eeew.  I'd be grossed out.  Like what if you walked in there and he hadn't found all the little fingernail pieces and you saw one lying on his desk?  Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeew!


That's weird about his noises too.  I'd just be super casual about it and be like "Are you alright in there?" every time he did it.  Maybe they're weird subconcious noises he makes and he doesn't know.

haha, I can relate to the loudness!  however, weird noises is just...well, weird.  Are they like old man noises like "HUMPH!" trying to clear out his throat?  there's this guy in one of my classes that is the LOUDEST thing ever, like when he reads his papers in class I wish I had ear plugs...I wince a little every time he opens his mouth....

Eww, that's just gross!  One time I was at church and the USHER was in the back clipping his nails.  Seriously people .  You should get some video of the guy and send into some reality show.
