This might be a fun thing for Crunchy Mom:

It's a tomato planter but it hangs upside-down, so the tomato plants grow down instead of you having to stake them. I don't know if that's something she'd be interested in.

As for Spicy Latina Mom:
How about a nice manicure set with some really great nail polishes?

I would say I'm a saucy Latina, I would love some Victoria's Secret Lotions & Spritzers to keep at my dry office and a nice silk bag to keep it all stored in.

Oh! What about one of those nice steel make-up travel cases make-up artists have to organize all her beauty supplies

As for your the crunchy granola type, I'm no help.

For the Crunchy Granola Mom, maybe a basket of different organic/gourmet teas, jams, spreads would be nice. Yummy but no-cooking-necessary.

For the Saucy Latina Mom, I like Gruiz's suggestion for the manicure kit. I've also seen nail polish sampler kits at salons with 10 mini bottles of polish in them, so maybe that would be a good two-parter.
