I am so mad right now. I went into Cole Haan over 2 weeks ago and purchased a pair of boots. They didn't have the size color I wanted so they were ordering them for me. well 2 weeks passes and nothing so i can yesterday and they say it shows it's already been shipped and that he'll call me back. NO CALL. So I call bakc today and they tell me another 3 to 4 weeks. And I've already paid for these damn things. So I tell them um it's going to snow a ton in the next month, that's the point of me buying these boots and I wish they would have been straight forward with me in the first place. We're good customer, we spend a ton of money there and they know us when we wwalk in. His response. OK. They suck and they just lost a customer, I will never shop there again after this. Now I have to find cute snow boots. Jerks.

What a bummer! Maybe it's just this store? I've had Cole Haan stores order stuff for me before and they've always been very helpful. I agree, tho- you totally should not give this store or their sa's your business. You could also try calling their corporate headquarters and ask for their help locating the boots....
