i'm so happy. she really seemed to enjoy being pregnant with apple and i love her husband and her together.
and now my bratty comment (i can't help myself): attention jessica and nick...this is what happens when you don't sell out your marriage and when you keep your private lives out of the tabloids.

In this month's In Style, she implied that they were trying again, so I am not suprised. I really admire her attitude toward her marriage and Hollywood - it seems so healthy. But, I guess that's not surprising either, given how grounded her parents seem to have been.

Didn't I see that she was getting a bad rap about saying something about actresses putting their careers before their kids? It seems like what she said made sense to me but a lot of people got fired up about it - maybe I didn't get the whole story.

In a recent interview, she was talking about being a mother and she said something like, "I just want to tell other actresses, no, you've got it all wrong," basically because they are chasing success and fame in Hollywood instead of having babies. I can't remember the exact quote, but she meant that she feels she's doing the "right" thing by focusing on her family.
I'd love to see them have another kid. I don't know why. I just think her and Chris Martin are cute together, and obviously they have cute kids together too.
Gwyneth's comments were in an InStyle interview. I think it was taken out of context. I read the interview and it didn't seem that bad to me. She was basically saying that a lot of Hollywood types have their priorities all screwed up--it didn't sound (to me) like she was saying that their priorities are screwed up because they're not having kids, it just sounded more like she was saying "Get over yourself" to a lot of people.

I agree with you, NCshopper. I think she was just emphasizing how life with a child was more fulfilling for her than the Hollywood rat race. It didn't seem like a judgmental statement when I read it in the article. But I Gwynnie and am excited for their cute li'l family.
